Process fluids are deposited into the
rear of the filter tank and distributed
across the full width of the tank. Racks
of magnetic bars are suspended
vertically in the tank and the liquid
flows through all of them. Periodically,
the racks are advanced to the
discharge ramp where the particulate
is stripped from the bars. Non
magnetic particles that settle to the
floor are dragged out, and virtually no
coolant is lost when cycling.
